Continental Ageing : Clarendon – 1 year in Ferrand cask / Long Pond – 1.5 years in Ferrand cask

Further Maturation : Six months in Sauternes cask 225L, which brings honey and white flower notes

Volatile Substances : 358 g/HL AA; Esters : 87 g/hL AA

Dosage : 0 g/L

Cane sugar caramel E150a (% volume) : Between 0% and 0.1%

Nose : Exotic green fruits, banana, mango, with also pear and apple, honeyed notes, hazelnut, ethereal yet round.

Palate : Sweet, pungent and long, yellow fruits such as plum and peach, almost ripe mango, fruit liquor, white flowers

Finale : Fruits, vanilla and flowers.
